Remove spilled seams and labels in clothing

Who has not almost made it to despair?

I am happy about a new piece of clothing, put it on after the first wash, and hardly have I come to the office, there is already a place where the part picts me and stands out. In shirts and sweaters on the neck or on the left flank, on the bra on the clasp, in briefs and jeans on the lower back ...

Some can still be removed quite well, but often these labels are sewn with 2-3 seams, which you either have to split and re-sew cleanly (I lack time and patience), or risk cutting a hole in the fabric to cut.

What I get along well: Cut off the label with "safety distance" of 1-2 mm, then file with a fine nail file on any remaining spades edges or corners. The removes hard tips reliably, even on "teasing": o) bra fasteners, zipper ends and other seams.
