Remove stains on clothing with shaving cream

It quickly happens that you get spilled or other spots on your clothes. It is best, of course, to treat the stains directly, but this is not always possible depending on the situation.

There are already many tips that you can remove various stains with shaving cream. From red wine stains, over stains in the carpet to the cleaning of car seats with shaving cream. However, I have not found a tip specifically on the Stain removal of clothing with shaving cream or shaving cream received. I have shaving Cream used to get stains out of my clothes because there was no shaving cream in the house. And the results were great.

For the following spots in the clothes I proceeded like this:

  1. Simply apply the shaving cream on the stains and rub in with a washcloth.
  2. After 2-3 hours of exposure wash out briefly and wash normally in the washing machine.

Remove grease stains

The spots on the pants are grease stains that have not gone out during normal washing. After I treated her with shaving cream, the stains were gone.

Last week on vacation, these grease stains on my pants came while eating. Moistened with water (therefore the second picture) you can see them better. During normal washing, they did not go out. About a week later at home I treated her with shaving cream (as described above) and the spots were gone immediately.

Remove ballpoint patches

Even ballpoint pens can be removed with shaving cream. After shaving cream has worked for 2-3 hours, wash briefly and then wash the garment normally in the washing machine.

Since I've picked out all my clothes with stains and was busy washing, I wanted to try out the same, whether with cream can also remove ballpoint pens. I tested it on an old T-shirt and lo and behold? Even ballpoint pens on clothes can be easily removed with shaving cream.

Remove unspecified older spots

Even old spots can be removed with shaving cream. The stain comes from the World Cup 2018 and with shaving cream he was quickly and easily eliminated.

This stain comes from last year from the World Cup and has not gone out with normal washing. I think it was either a food stain or yellow color from this Fannymaker, with which you paint flags. With the application described above, the stain was easily removed after the first treatment.

This stain was a bit stubborn and needed a second treatment. The second time after the exposure time I rubbed the washcloth vigorously over the stain and after the wash the stain was gone.

Also this spot (moistened with water again better recognizable) was an old spot - I guess over two years old, since I did not wear the T-shirt forever. After the first treatment, the stain was still easy to see. The second time after the exposure time I rubbed the washcloth vigorously over the stain and after the subsequent wash the stain was finally gone.

Overall, I am pleasantly surprised by the spot treatment with shaving cream. I did not think that even old, already dried stains can be removed so easily.
