Remove stalk from white cabbage

Method - without blood and curses * smile * - for a raw cabbage to remove the stalk.

Use a sharp kitchen knife to cut the stalk as short as possible, then continue working with the apple cutter. The diameter of the cookie cutter is too small to be able to get the whole stick out at once with a single twist, but the very sharp blade at the front makes it possible to pierce deep into the stalk, gradually leaving it clean and residue free remove.

It is best to use a stainless steel cookie cutter because it is sturdy enough to bend the conventional sheet metal too fast.

This method is also suitable for red cabbage or cauliflower.
