Remove the tarts and cakes better from the baking paper

Tip: How to better dissolve tarts and cakes from the baking paper.

Lately, it has happened to me quite often that the bottom of pies or cakes on the baking paper with which I had laid the bottom of the spring pan or the baking tray was quite firmly baked and very hard to peel off after baking.

So lately, I just tried tasting the baking paper with oil before adding the dough to it, and it actually worked wonderfully. The cake or cake, much better separated from the baking paper!
