Remove the tesa film from the plastic window frame

At Christmas, I always decorate my windows with fairy lights, which I stick to the frame with Tesaflim. And of course, as always, if it should last, nothing holds!

So again Tesafilm about it and again and again. At the beginning of January everything will have to go down. And imagine, the Sch ... sticks like Hulle and does not go away. Every year the same problem. I've already tried most of the tips I found on the internet. Nothing really worked. I always had to rub and scrub like stupid.

Now I have combined two tips and lo and behold, it works fine. The tips are hair dryer and spirit. So, before I remove the Tesaflim, I heat it with the hair dryer. Keep the hair dryer on and pull it off very slowly. Then goes very easy and there are hardly any glue left over.

What is left of glue remains, I wipe off with a kitchen towel and spirit. It works great with my windows and is really not exhausting. You just have to take a fresh cloth more often and should not be too economical with the alcohol, as it quickly flies.
