Help is approaching from a rescue blanket. These can be found in any car first aid kit or in the car accessory trade. It is about 180 cm by 120 cm tall and easy to cut. With photo pads, carpet tape or other good tape you can easily attach the cut piece to the window frame. Put the silver side outwards - in the direction of the sun. The rays are reflected, but there is still some light in the room, because the film is slightly transparent. If it is cooler, the film can also be easily removed and stored until the next high.
