Rice dish with turkey and vegetables

This delicious rice dish with vegetables and turkey meat is prepared in no time and tastes great and small.

ingredients

  • 200 g of rice
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 2 red or yellow peppers
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt, curry powder
  • pimento
  • Sweet paprika and rose-sharp
  • some oil

preparation

  1. Prepare rice as directed and allow to cool.
  2. Cut turkey breast into small cubes. Wash, clean and cut the vegetables.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Fry the meat vigorously in a little hot oil and season with allspice, salt, curry and paprika and keep warm.
  5. Now the vegetables are garnished with the garlic and the onion with fresh oil in the pan and also seasoned.
  6. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the rice and the meat and sauté everything again vigorously and possibly season a little more.
