Rice porridge / milk porridge

Total preparation time: 35 min.
Rice pudding / milk rice as from nuts:
- 125 g rice pudding
- 1 L of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Peel a lemon if present, otherwise juice of a lemon
- to taste Arrak
- does not have to be both, milk, rice, salt
Bring milk, rice and salt to a boil, simmer gently for 25-30 minutes, boil until thick, or add a little more milk, if you do not like it so much.
Later when serving, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, may already be sprinkled a little thicker.
