Rice pudding - delicious!
So I know some friends and acquaintances who eat just like me, sup iterate a rice pudding, here is my recipe:
ingredients
- 1 L of milk
- 150 g of rice pudding
- 40 g of sugar

- 2 eggs
preparation
Boil milk, rice pudding, sugar together and simmer over low heat for about 35 minutes. Stir again and again, otherwise the porridge burns or gets stuck.
An absolute must: the eggs
Finally, separate the eggs, beat egg whites until snow, stir the egg yolk into the hot rice pudding.
Remove the pan from the heat and fold in the egg whites. Done - good appetite.
