A pasta salad is usually considered a party food or saturation for children's birthday parties. Here I have a delicious recipe for a light pasta salad without mayonnaise.

It takes 200 g of small noodles, e.g. Squirrel, the three-colored noodles look very good, there are in almost every supermarket. Furthermore, you need 500 g of green asparagus, freed from the hard end, cut into pieces and cooked for two minutes. In addition, small North Sea crabs, so-called garnet, from the fish stall at the weekly market.

This is mixed with a vinaigrette with dill: stir 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar or 1 half tsp honey and 2 tablespoons chopped dill.
