Ripen nectarines
Hello everybody, you know that too. In the supermarket the large packs of nectarines are very cheap, but mostly still completely hard. Half of them are rotten until they are soft and they turn moldy on the stone. I tried something and found it good. I put the whole pack in a grocery bag for two to three days. Then there are no fruit flies off and they do not rot. When they have the desired maturity, I put the nectarines with the pack in the vegetable compartment. So far, I did not have to throw away any more.
