Risotto - simple and good
Give (for 2 persons) a coffee cup risotto rice with a little oil in a saucepan. Then add bouillon (vegetable stock) little by little. Not all at once! Only about half a cup of coffee at a time, stir lightly.
When this amount has boiled down, the next half cup of coffee and stir again. Continue until the rice is tender. At the end again about 3-4 tablespoons broth in the rice, butter to stir, cover it and take from the stove.
Let stand for about 2 minutes.
