Roast garlic cloves unpeeled - no burning

Very delicious with the soup and salad are bread crumbs with lots of garlic. Also chicken breast, with plenty garlic fried, tastes delicious.

Unfortunately, garlic has the property of burning much faster than bread or meat. I used to peel my toes and always had to be hell-bent on not turning black.

Now I have a very simple tip:

The toes are roasted with the skin - this is indeed brown-black, but that does not matter. Once pressed with the back of the spoon or the knife blade - and the skin of the clove of garlic flakes off, just as you would overcook almonds with boiling water. And another plus: The toes are creamy soft. If you want, you can super mash them easily and mix with sauce - the meat dish. Give it a try!
