Roast in the foil

I love my roast in the foil. Either grate larger roasts in the visible roasting foil at the corners, pierce or cut smaller pieces of meat in the aluminum foil. Although not necessarily new, but still great.

So prepare foil pouch, i. Double take aluminum foil, fold bag from 3 sides, leave to open on one side.

Chop vegetables, place in the foil, put spiced meat on top, add some meat stock, close the bag, cut in 2x, place on baking tray and "forget" at approx. 150 ° C for about 2 hours.

Then you have deliciously tender meat, a wonderful sauce and vegetables. Side dish: possibly pre-cooked baguette rice or potatoes.

I have time for guests - without ever having to go back to the kitchen, I can prepare everything and my stove stays clean!
