Roast pork casserole with cheese

Delicious casserole with roast pork from the previous day.

You take:
400 g fresh mushrooms
400 g of cooked pork roast
250 ml broth
Salt, pepper, parsley
125 ml of cream
100 g processed cheese
125 g of Camenbert

Dice the meat and place in a ovenproof dish. Slice the mushrooms on the meat. Bring cream and broth to a boil and melt both types of cheese. Taste and pour over the casserole. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish the prepared casserole with the chopped parsley and serve with a salad and peasant bread.
