For those who have little time: simply prepare roast pork in a pressure cooker.

ingredients

  • roast pork
  • Salt pepper
  • medium hot mustard
  • 1 large or 2 medium sized onions
  • 2 carrots

preparation

  1. Peel and halve onions, clean carrots.
  2. Season the meat with pepper, salt and mustard and sauté well in the open pot.
  3. Fry onions and carrots and add water or broth. Frying vegetables makes for a nice sauce.
  4. Close the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. As soon as the pot says "good" (when the red ring becomes visible), the heat is reduced. The roast only needs 15-17 minutes to cook. The "traffic light" of the cooking crown indicates exactly whether too much or too little heat is used.
  5. Prepare the sauce as usual. I puree the fried vegetables (the chef sweeps it through a sieve :-)), so the sauce is beautifully creamy. Possibly. let it boil down a bit and / or refine with cream, and season to taste.

Info:

Before closing the pot always check the valves of the lid for ease of movement, then everything works out very well. I do not want to miss the pot any more, even my barley soup was a great success ?!
