Roast pork from the pressure cooker
Time
Preparation time: 10 min.
Cooking or baking time: 17 min.
Rest period: 5 min.
Total preparation time: 32 min.
For those who have little time: simply prepare roast pork in a pressure cooker.
ingredients
- roast pork
- Salt pepper
- medium hot mustard
- 1 large or 2 medium sized onions
- 2 carrots
preparation
- Peel and halve onions, clean carrots.
- Season the meat with pepper, salt and mustard and sauté well in the open pot.
- Fry onions and carrots and add water or broth. Frying vegetables makes for a nice sauce.
- Close the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. As soon as the pot says "good" (when the red ring becomes visible), the heat is reduced. The roast only needs 15-17 minutes to cook. The "traffic light" of the cooking crown indicates exactly whether too much or too little heat is used.
- Prepare the sauce as usual. I puree the fried vegetables (the chef sweeps it through a sieve :-)), so the sauce is beautifully creamy. Possibly. let it boil down a bit and / or refine with cream, and season to taste.
Info:
Before closing the pot always check the valves of the lid for ease of movement, then everything works out very well. I do not want to miss the pot any more, even my barley soup was a great success ?!
