Roasted asparagus in honey and Parmesan

For this dish you can also use broken asparagus. The important thing is that you only add the ingredients at the end.

Per person

  • 250 - 300 g crack asparagus
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan
  • Pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Maybe parsley

preparation

  1. I take about 2- 3 teaspoons of olive oil, let it get hot in the pan and fry in the asparagus or the asparagus sections.
  2. The whole thing has to be turned several times or constantly swiveled so that the asparagus does not burn.
  3. At the highest level I let the asparagus stew in the pan for some time until a certain tan arises.
  4. After about 10 minutes, the asparagus is firm and can be seasoned with salt, pepper, nutmeg, honey and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Afterwards, swing through the pan 2-3 times.
  6. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
