ingredients
(For 1-2 persons)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1,5-2 tablespoons honey
- 50 ml balsamic
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper from the grinder
- 2-3 tablespoons of Parmesan
- Goat's cheese in pieces
- 1 handful of cranberries (dried)
- possibly garlic powder
- about 400 g Brussels sprouts (fresh and possibly not so small)
preparation
First of all, the oven is preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 1: Prepare the required ingredients
Then remove the loose leaves from the brussels sprouts, cut the stalk, halve the Brussels sprouts.
Press peeled garlic and mix with the salt and pepper, honey, balsamic and olive oil.
Step 2: Marinate Brussels sprouts
Marinate the Brussels sprouts halves in the combined dressing.
Step 3: Cook the Brussels sprouts in the oven
Lay out a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts on it.
With a pastry brush, you can dab the Brussels sprouts of the rest of the marinade, even during the cooking process, always repeat.
The cooking time is 20 minutes. If you do not want to be so crisp, take 30 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle Brussels sprouts with Parmesan and add some cranberries
10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, Parmesan is poured over the Brussels sprouts and turned over. Add some cranberries as well, but not all. If you want, sprinkle the Brussels sprouts with some garlic powder.
Shortly before the end, I had turned on the grill function for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Arrange Brussels sprouts
Now arrange the Brussels sprouts nicely, add the remaining cranberries and sprinkle with the goat's cheese.
Delicious! Delicious!
The cold rest in the evening was also very good.
Suitable as a low carb dish or as an accompaniment to z. As roast chicken, fried potatoes, boiled potatoes, etc., what you like.
tip
You can also spit the Brussels sprouts on shashlik skewers, which also looks pretty. Then of course you can not mix it with the cranberries and the goat's cheese, but would be something for people, the z. For example, if you prefer only Parmesan, you can sprinkle it with fresh Parmesan for serving. (Picture 2)
