Rogaliki (Polish marmalade croissants)

Rogaliki go very fast and easy and taste divine.

ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g of sour cream
  • 2 spoons of baking soda
  • about 2 cups of flour
  • Sugar depending on the taste about 80 g

preparation

  1. Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the baking powder with flour and mix all the ingredients with your hands until you get a slightly sticky dough.
  3. Roll out the dough in 15 cm diameter circles.
  4. Slice like a pizza, a dollop of jam or Nutella (raisins too or nuts go) on each piece, and roll up like a croissant.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and then toss in powdered sugar until completely covered.
