ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 150 g of sour cream
- 2 spoons of baking soda
- about 2 cups of flour
- Sugar depending on the taste about 80 g
preparation
- Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly.
- Mix the baking powder with flour and mix all the ingredients with your hands until you get a slightly sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough in 15 cm diameter circles.
- Slice like a pizza, a dollop of jam or Nutella (raisins too or nuts go) on each piece, and roll up like a croissant.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and then toss in powdered sugar until completely covered.
