Romanian meat

Here is a tip for parties or just for a cozy meal for two:

Take pork neck slices (1-2 per person, but also with any other meat) just lay on a deep plate. Then spread finely chopped onion rings, pepper strips (preferably colored), tomatoes and carrot slices. Depending on your taste, distribute vigorously cut garlic. Then sprinkle with grained broth generously. Approximately 1 liter of water on it. And off with it for 45 min. in the oven at 175 ° C.

This tastes best Mamalika (polenta) or mashed potatoes. I personally prepare a garlic sauce by letting pressed garlic with a little warm salt water or vegetable broth for 1 hour. You can also put raw potatoes on the plate.
