Rosemary butter sauce for pasta

Time

Preparation time: 15 min.

Since my family likes to eat pasta dishes, I have created different sauces. Although my children like the fruity version of the tomato sauce, I like to try something new myself.

My personal hit is the rosemary butter sauce.

ingredients

For 1 portion I take:

  • salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary (small)
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 tsp. Granulated broth (instant)
  • 20 g of Parmesan cheese

And now the very simple production:

preparation

Peel garlic cloves and finely chop. Rinse off rosemary, shake dry and brush the needles off the hard stems. With your thumb and index finger, simply backward the direction of growth.

Now slowly heat the garlic, rosemary and butter in a pan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring several times. Sprinkle broth over it (not dissolved but as a powder) and stir well. Add the hot rosemary butter to the noodles and mix well. Add freshly grated Parmesan and serve immediately.

If you do not like garlic, like my husband, you can change the variety with onion.

Please note: it is for 1 serving who wants more sauce or needs, please change accordingly.

One expects per person with approx. 90 - 100 gr. Spaghetti.
