Rumkugeln make yourself

ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g whole milk chocolate
  • 25 g of butter
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 3 tbsp rum
  • 25 g of cocoa
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 100 g of chocolate sprinkles for turning

preparation

  1. Make everything in a water bath liquid and stir to a mass.
  2. Allow to cool slightly and then form balls with (IMPORTANT) disposable gloves.
  3. Roll them in the chocolate sprinkles and bowl again in your hands.

This keeps the sprinkles better.

Without gloves, it is a gemansche without end.
