Rumkugeln make yourself
ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g whole milk chocolate
- 25 g of butter
- 1 tbsp cream
- 3 tbsp rum
- 25 g of cocoa
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 100 g of chocolate sprinkles for turning
preparation
- Make everything in a water bath liquid and stir to a mass.
- Allow to cool slightly and then form balls with (IMPORTANT) disposable gloves.
- Roll them in the chocolate sprinkles and bowl again in your hands.
This keeps the sprinkles better.
Without gloves, it is a gemansche without end.
