Rusk casserole - super-delicious

This casserole is made fast. With spelled zwieback something for spelled fans, as I am. A dash of blueberry jam on it and ready is a snack or a dessert.
ingredients
- 7 spelled rusks
- 2 eggs (room warm)
- 1/8 l of milk
- 2 tablespoons of soy cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Butter for greasing the baking dish (small)
preparation
- Break rusks and grate finely, go well with your clean fingers. Grease the small baking dish with cake brush. Put in rusk crumbs.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl, stir. Add milk, soy cream, sugar and lemon, stir well.
- Pour egg-milk mix over the rusk crumbs. Shake casserole dish slightly. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 180 degrees on a medium rack in the oven for 25 minutes.
(Makes 2 large or 4 small portions).
