Saffron potatoes with steamed broccoli florets, chicken breast fillets, mango slice and burgundy sauce.

Ingredients (per person):

  • 4 medium-sized firming potatoes
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (from the fresh food counter)
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • a mango slice
  • some saffron
  • Burgundy Sauce (300ml)
  • a bit of salt
  • baking paper

preparation

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into finger-thick slices and cook with salted saffron in salted water for 25 minutes.
