Salmon cream soup, delicious and very easy

This soup we had on New Year's Eve as an appetizer. Came great, everyone wanted a second plate (was in the end still pretty much of the main course - fondue - left! * Grumble *) and is totally easy to cook.

ingredients

  • 1 L broth (preferably vegetable stock)
  • 1 L fish fund
  • 400 g (2 sachets) cream cheese with salmon
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried dill, possibly fresh dill as a garnish

preparation

  1. Heat stock and stock in a saucepan. Stir in the cream cheese with the blender, reheat, but do not cook.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips (preferably place in the freezer half an hour before cooking starts, so the cutting is very easy), pour into the soup and let it pass through briefly.
  3. Spicy taste.
  4. Tastes best with white bread or croutons, plus a dry white wine.

So you see - no effort, but absolutely suitable to impress the mother-in-law!
