ingredients
- 1 kg of salt
- some pepper
- 1 roast, boneless, or another piece of roast pork
preparation
- Season the meat to taste (garlic, pepper, etc.) and marinate for a few hours, possibly overnight.
- Lay out a baking tray with aluminum foil or baking paper, then pour the salt on it.
- Put the roast on it and let it roast in the oven at about 200 degrees for about 2 hours.
The meat is cooked without additional fat and tastes spicy and juicy. A sauce, however, you have to prepare separately. Tastes also cold delicious.
