  • 1 kg of salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 roast, boneless, or another piece of roast pork

preparation

  1. Season the meat to taste (garlic, pepper, etc.) and marinate for a few hours, possibly overnight.
  2. Lay out a baking tray with aluminum foil or baking paper, then pour the salt on it.
  3. Put the roast on it and let it roast in the oven at about 200 degrees for about 2 hours.

The meat is cooked without additional fat and tastes spicy and juicy. A sauce, however, you have to prepare separately. Tastes also cold delicious.
