Sauce for TK pan vegetables

In the frozen frozen food market there are so-called pan-vegetable mixes. These are, as the name says, cooked in the pan. For a small, vegetarian dish only the sauce is missing. Here I recommend the addition of brunch or similar products. Brunch is a milk preparation with vegetable fat and yoghurt. Heat the pan vegetables according to the instructions and simply add 2-3 spoonfuls of brunch and heat for another 1 minute while stirring. The dish is ready. Of course you can also enhance this by adding meat, such as chicken breast strips. To do this, fry the meat with the vegetables.
