sauce potatoes

ingredients

(For about 4 people)

  • 1 leek
  • 2 carrots or so
  • Flour
  • bouillon
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Herbs
  • milk
  • potatoes
  • grated cheese

preparation

  1. Cut the leeks and carrots into small pieces and steam in the oil.
  2. Add water or white wine.
  3. Mix 1/2 l cold water and 1 tbsp flour with whisk in separate container and place in the pan. Stir well and bring to a boil. Spice up. Add 3 dl of milk.
  4. Cut the potatoes very thinly and cook gently for 30 minutes.
  5. Add grated cheese before eating.
  6. The whole thing floats in the sauce. I love it!
