Sauce to meat without finished products

We generally take care to cook rather fresh and to cook than to use finished products in excess quantities. Of course we do, but if in moderation.

A delicious, quick sauce for meat can be made, for example, from passed tomatoes in the 500 ml pack, a small dash of whipped cream (or even more low-fat instead of whipped cream with condensed milk) and a little salt and pepper. Depending on that come in a few fresh herbs and if necessary. A small sip of water.

In particular, this is a great substitute for a Maggitüte "Hunter or Gypsy schnitzel". Just make a few peppers in the pan and fry the onions in the pan and pour into the sauce. Finished!
