Sauleckerer cauliflower and potato mince

Recipe for about 1 large sheet ... is more of a good measure and even distribution of ingredients, so it can also be variably changed in the amount of ingredients ...

So:

ingredients

  • about 600-800g potatoes
  • 750g Mett (pig or mixed no matter)
  • about 500-600g cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
  • about 2 packages of cheese best Gouda
  • about 2-3 cups of cream
  • 1 package of cooked ham
  • 2 onions small-medium sized
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, nutmeg and Maggi

How to do it:

preparation

Peel potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces, not too small. Cook the potatoes briefly (about 10 minutes) in salted water (do not cook completely).

In the meantime, take the TK cauliflower out of the pack and maybe even divide the big florets again (you do not need to cook!). Or just wash the fresh cauliflower well, then also the florets in small pieces and briefly, about 5-6 min in salt water boil.

Season mince with salt and pepper and some Maggi and mix with the finely chopped onions.

Cut the cooked ham into strips.

Season the cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Maggi and stir.

So and now it goes on:

Spread the pre-cooked potatoes on a baking tray, evenly and tightly, then add the frozen cauliflower, then the minced meat and the ham. Then on the spiced cream and on top of the delicious cheese ... done!

Cook everything in the oven at about 180 degrees until the cheese is golden yellow. It takes about 30-40 minutes.

It is best to use aluminum foil on top during the first half of the cooking time, then remove it after half of the cooking time, then the cheese will not be so hard!
