Save egg white for beating when egg yolk has come in

Carefully separate the egg whites from the egg yolk to beat them until stiff. One second did not pay attention and you got the salad: A little egg yolk fell on the egg whites.

Since one knows that the egg whites can not be beaten anymore, one is angry with oneself. Then one shrugs, picks up the eggs for tomorrow's breakfast and starts again from the beginning. That's not necessary!
