Save electricity with the stove
Instead of a conventional stove top, use a ceramic hob induction cooker.
Advantage:
It is only warm where the pot, pan or roasting pan is.
No overcooking more, by switching down immediately the power supply is stopped.
Plates are not as hot as the glass ceramic field for a long time.
Fire danger decreases considerably, because the stove works only with magnetic materials.
Only downside: induction cooker is a bit more expensive than normal.
