Save time in the morning - prepare muesli in screw jars

In the morning, many people are short of time when they need to get to work early. If you take twenty minutes on Sunday evening, you can mix five empty jars for the week with the following healthy ingredients:

Per glass


  • 2 tbsp whole grain oatmeal flakes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried blueberries

Put this in a screw-top glass that is so big that you can still add milk or yogurt.

So you have your weekly supply ready for breakfast, just have to do with liquid and can spoon directly from the glass.

So you have on all working days a good start to the stressful day.
