Save time when baking and sugaring Vanillekipferl

Guess I'm at the Christmas bakery! So if I make Vanillekipferl, then often three or four times the amount and when it comes to it, the Kipferl still hot roll in powdered sugar, at about 250 pieces, because I get the crisis.

So I pour the Kipferl from the baking paper (one sheet at a time) carefully in a large bowl and sieve simply powdered sugar over it. By gently shaking the bowl is then distributed evenly and the Kipferl are sugared in no time.
