Hartz IV receivers always have to save extremely. Very few people know that there is a so-called "blackboard shop" in almost all cities. There you get free food every week (or every 14 days) in unbelievably large amount (about 100 Euro).

Most of the time you need a voucher for these shops, which is issued in most cases by the Diakonie. The shyness some vlt. you should overcome. You get really great food there and can save great.

Just google for "The Chalkboard" and see if there is such a shop in your town. Otherwise, a call in the local Diakonie or community helps.
