Savings tip: tipsy Berlin for price-conscious baking muffle

This tip is for those who do not like to bake, do not like to cook (in this case pudding), as well as for various reasons are not willing to accept any price for an article and still do not want to miss a certain seasonal delicacy: On tipsy filled bales of Berlin (pancakes, donuts).

On New Year's Eve and Carnival in Berlin bakeries filled with cream filling and light alcohol are offered to choose. Basically, I am looking forward to the whole year, wonder and annoy but more and more about the relatively high prices.

It is not always about what you can afford or treat, but also about whether you are willing to accept any price (best example: puffs from the baker!)

We pay 4 Euros for the best fresh Berliners in a 12-pack and that gave me the idea of producing my tipsy Berliners myself. Even with not so extremely cheap goods worth the tip priced.

Prerequisite: Alcohol is in stock and does not have to be bought especially for the Berliners.

Suitable is Baileys, coffee liqueur, eggnog, cherry liqueur, fruit liqueur ...

Ingredients (for 4 tipsy Berliners)

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup cream pudding vanilla
  • 1 cup of cream yoghurt chocolate

preparation

  1. Pour one kind of pudding into a bowl and mix with about 2 tablespoons of the chosen drink.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff, divide and fold under each type of pudding.
  3. Cut open the Berliners and spread with the pudding and reassemble.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar.

That was all: very simple, very tasty and very cheap.

Or you bake yourself and cook pudding. ;O)

Without alcohol, such a full-bodied Berlin tastes natural too; he does not necessarily have to be tipsy.
