Scale lice on oleander
For scale insects I have found a great remedy: just mix soft soap (1/3) with water (2/3) and smear the leaves with it. Tip from the gardener. The things "slip" outright! It works. I edited my complete rleander and he is still alive. Just try it. It does not hurt the plant.
However, it is important to put some newspaper or foil on the ground so that the stuff does not get into the ground and produces a foam bath the next time ;-)
