Scampi salad Arabiata

The recipe is for 4 people.

ingredients

  • 2 packets of frozen scampi from Aldi.
  • 1 packet Frozen vegetables Romanesco from Iglo
  • 1 glass of tomato sauce arrabiata from Bertolli
  • 250 g farfalle pasta

preparation

Sauté the scampi in olive oil, add garlic to taste. Boil the noodles until firm. Stew the vegetables for 4 minutes with 3 tablespoons salt water.

Put pasta, vegetables and scampi hot in a bowl, pour Arabiata sauce over, stir well.

Tastes cold and warm is nice and sharp and with me in every season for big parties a hit.
