Schmandkuchen hand-stirred

For the inauguration party of his first apartment, our son needed a simple cake recipe. Since his favorite cake is easy to make, I wrote it down. When we arrived, the cake was on the table, looked nice and was also delicious. After we ate, he told me that because of the lack of a food processor and the neighbors were not there, he had stirred the dough with his hands. When then the cream was to beat, he preferred to go to the neighbors again. Luckily they were finally here. Imagine: beat the cream with your hand, laugh.

First, a batter is made from the following ingredients:

120 g of margarine
120 g of sugar
2 eggs
150 g of flour
1 heaped tsp baking powder

Put the dough in a greased sprin tin, sprinkle with 1 glass of drained cherries and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Beat 1 cup of cream until stiff and stir in 1 cup of sour cream. Spread the mixture on the cold cake. Mix 75 g sugar and 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on the cream. If the cake is not plastered right away because it is so delicious, it will stay in the fridge for several days and become noticeably creamier. Delicious.
