Schupfnudel vegetable pan with ham

A super fast Schupfnudel pan dish that can be prepared very simply with only a few ingredients and can be served after just 25 minutes.

For 3 servings
- 500 g Schupfnudeln (ready to pan)
- 1-2 onions
- 1-2 red peppers
- 200 g vegetable corn
- 150 g peas
- 125 g ham cubes
- Gurnard (or vegetable oil)
- salt
- white pepper from the mill
preparation
- The onion (s) are peeled and diced, the pepper (s) washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces.
- Then first the Schupfnudeln with onion cubes and paprika on a coated pan with the hot butter lard / oil fried, while constantly turning.
- After about five minutes you add the ham cubes and after another five minutes then the vegetable corn and the peas.
- The whole thing has to be turned over again and again.
- Season to taste with salt and white pepper and when everything is warmed, the delicious dish, with some sour cream or crème fraîche, can be served.
