Schupfnudel vegetable pan with ham

A super fast Schupfnudel pan dish that can be prepared very simply with only a few ingredients and can be served after just 25 minutes.

ingredients

For 3 servings

  • 500 g Schupfnudeln (ready to pan)
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1-2 red peppers
  • 200 g vegetable corn
  • 150 g peas
  • 125 g ham cubes
  • Gurnard (or vegetable oil)
  • salt
  • white pepper from the mill

preparation

  1. The onion (s) are peeled and diced, the pepper (s) washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces.
  2. Then first the Schupfnudeln with onion cubes and paprika on a coated pan with the hot butter lard / oil fried, while constantly turning.
  3. After about five minutes you add the ham cubes and after another five minutes then the vegetable corn and the peas.
  4. The whole thing has to be turned over again and again.
  5. Season to taste with salt and white pepper and when everything is warmed, the delicious dish, with some sour cream or crème fraîche, can be served.
