Schupfnudelpfanne with sauerkraut

Schupfnudelpfanne with sauerkraut, approx. 4 persons:
ingredients
- 400 g bacon
- 2 cans of sauerkraut (à 770 g drained weight)
- 2 packs (à 500 g) Schupfnudeln from the refrigerated shelf
- 200 g of sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
preparation
- In a large pan, skim the bacon with a little oil.
- Remove the bacon and fry the Schupfnudeln golden brown with a little more oil (this is my tip: not all at once, but to distribute 2 portions).
- When the potato noodles are seared, add the bacon again.
- Add the sauerkraut and heat everything for about 3 minutes.
- Just before serving, add the sour cream and sprinkle with the chives.
Tip if children are in the household
Since my 2 children do not like sauerkraut, I fry some Nuremberg sausages in another pan and then put them on top (as Smilie) ... lo and behold ... the sauerkraut is not that bad anymore ...
