Scrambled Eggs Deluxe

Suppose four people are starving ... You convince them not to die and wait another 15-20 minutes. This scrambled egg makes you full and is delicious.
ingredients
- You get 8 eggs from somewhere (of chickens)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 onions (or spring onions, looks better)
- 1 smoked salmon or trout fillet
- Salt, pepper, if possible dill (fresh or dried), but is not essential
preparation
- Beat eggs in a bowl and stir
- Cut fish fillet into strips (about 1cm wide), add to the mixture
- Cream cheese
- Cut onions into cubes (or spring onions in rings), add to other stuff and if necessary add dill
- Season with salt and pepper and stir everything gently so that it is mixed
- Switch on the stove top, take the pan, melt the butter in it, then switch back to medium heat, add the egg-and-remainder mixture to the pan and stir slowly with a wooden spoon or similar until the mixture in the pan becomes a little firmer ("creamy" or "molten") , That takes about 5 minutes. Then remove the mixture from the heat
