You need
- 3 eggs per person (at least that's my portion)
- 1 strong sip of milk
- a little bit of oil
That's how it's done
- Just mix the eggs with the milk until it does not stick to the whisk (it should stick a bit).
- Preheat the pan / pot, pour in a little oil (it should cover the bottom slightly) and as soon as it begins to sizzle, simmer the egg / milk sauce. Then stir immediately and always scratch the bottom long. That works best with a wood shaving or something.
- After a short time it is solid and you can give it to the plate.
- Anyone who wants can also bacon / diced ham after mixing the egg with the milk, is not bad either.
