Secure cooling element securely to the body

If the head hurts or the neck, the shoulder - then often a cooling element does very well. The attachment is not so easy if you want to stay mobile.

Here, my suggestion:

The cooling element from the freezer, first in a washing glove, then in the hose of a trimmed pantyhose leg. Slide in the middle, e.g. put on the neck and knot the pantyhose ends.

Keeps great, even in the back, because the material is so elastic.

If no cooling element is at hand: a pack of spinach is probably the cheapest frozen food that can be taken as a cold pack! Peas are also very good, because you can drape the pack so nicely around a leg.

But never let the cold affect the body directly! Always wrap in a kitchen towel or a small pillowcase.
