Who does not know that, just started running, and it stings you under the ribs that you can not breathe properly. Here are some tips to avoid this:

1. Do not eat anything before! The blood is needed when running in the muscles and not in the digestive tract, so the blood supply in the digestive organs is shut down and the smooth muscles of the intestine become cramped.

2. While running ... breathe as evenly as possible: eg. Inhale for 2 paces, exhale 4 paces.
