Selter cake
I got this great party cake recipe when I relocated to the new federal states. In Hamburg, totally unknown, this cake is a "must have" in Meck-Pom.
ingredients
- 400 g of flour
- 300 g of sugar
- 130 ml of oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking soda
- 170 ml rare
?Preparation
- Everything is mixed together nicely and spread on a sheet of baking paper.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- After cooling, cut the cake into two slices and fill with butter cream or pudding.
- Decorate with frosting and colorful sugar sprinkles.
butter cream
500 ml of milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 3 packets of vanilla pudding, 125 g of butter.
This cake is perfect for any "Pippi Longstocking & Pirate" party, but is also great with the lovely colleagues.
