"Sharp thing" - pork roast leftovers on the bread
That was always at home and was for me, (I love the cold food!) Almost the best thing about roast pork:
You need:
- a slice of cold pork roast per person (5mm - about 1cm thick)
- a slice of gray / rye / mixed / crust bread per person (no white bread, no pumpernickel, everything else is likely)
- a glass of anchovies
- about 1 gherkin per bread
- delicious, fresh creamy nettle
- sharp mustard
- butter
- flavored red chillies for garnish
That's how it's done:
- Spread the bread generously with butter and then with mustard.
- Slice the gherkins and serve with bread.
- A slice of roast pork on top.
- Brush with creamy radish.
- Place two anchovy fillets on each length.
- Garnish with pepperoni rings.
Good Appetite! (When your eyes water a little and your nose runs a little, you did everything right.
PS. Let me tell you, that would be a great hangover breakfast.
