"Sharp thing" - pork roast leftovers on the bread

That was always at home and was for me, (I love the cold food!) Almost the best thing about roast pork:

You need:

  • a slice of cold pork roast per person (5mm - about 1cm thick)
  • a slice of gray / rye / mixed / crust bread per person (no white bread, no pumpernickel, everything else is likely)
  • a glass of anchovies
  • about 1 gherkin per bread
  • delicious, fresh creamy nettle
  • sharp mustard
  • butter
  • flavored red chillies for garnish

That's how it's done:

  1. Spread the bread generously with butter and then with mustard.
  2. Slice the gherkins and serve with bread.
  3. A slice of roast pork on top.
  4. Brush with creamy radish.
  5. Place two anchovy fillets on each length.
  6. Garnish with pepperoni rings.

Good Appetite! (When your eyes water a little and your nose runs a little, you did everything right.

PS. Let me tell you, that would be a great hangover breakfast.
