Shashlik without a spit, but super fine

A bit elaborate, but you can impress the new flame (hopefully future cook) guaranteed!

Ingredients for 2 persons:
about 300 grams of pork (we do not want to be stingy)
2-3 approx. 0.5 cm lean pork belly slices (smoked)
1 green pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 cup of cream
Heinz ketchup, Texicana salsa (please the originals, they really taste good!)

Preparation:
Cut all meaty into large pieces, chop 4-5 cm, chop the onion and cut the pepper into 3-4 cm pieces. Cut garlic into thin slices or chop.


Execution:
Fry the onion in the pan (with a bit of oil, of course)
Then fry meat (seasoned, of course: salt, pepper, paprika)
Then also pepper pieces of pepper and garlic
If everything has a little color, add 2 cups of water
If you give half a bouillon cube, it does not hurt either

Boil the whole thing now, so that the peppers are soft and the meat is finally through. Now hard Heinz ketchup in and some Texicana salsa, who has, can also insert a little tomato paste.

Stir well, so that everything is well distributed and now the cream into it, but not the whole cup, only about 3/4, the sauce should be reddish, boil briefly and serve now, preferably with a good baguette to sauce-dunk
