Sheep cheese au gratin - simple and tasty

Goes fast and without much effort and makes guaranteed meatless happy ;-)

Place 1 feta cheese / feta cheese (per person) in a flat casserole dish.

Then add some (if you like) of the following ingredients to the feta (should not be covered):

  • Tomatoes (fresh in pieces or pickled from the glass)
  • Paprika (fresh in strips or pickled from the glass)
  • Hot peppers (mild or spicy, to taste, from the glass)
  • Mushrooms (grilled, antipasti from the glass)
  • olives
  • etc. (all antipasti in the glass are great)

With preserved antipasti, add the most deliciously seasoned seasoning liquid (for example, oil of pickled mushrooms, peperoni vinegar), otherwise sprinkle with olive oil.

At 180 degrees, gratinate for about 10-15 minutes in the oven, to fit a fresh baguette.
