1st vegetable day:

2nd fresh fruit day:

1-11 / 2 kg of fresh fruit (excluding bananas and date wine) are distributed in 5-6 meals throughout the day.


3rd day of the competition:

1-11 / 2 kg of unsweetened stewed or boiled fruit is distributed in 5-6 meals throughout the day. If necessary sweeten with Zückli.

4th milk day:


1 liter of whole milk in 5-6 meals throughout the day

5. Sour milk day:

Make 1 liter of whole milk sour and thick in a covered bowl and distribute in 5-6 portions throughout the day.

6th buttermilk day:

11/2 L Buttermilk distributed throughout the day, drink in 5-6 servings.

7th Quarkag:

150 g quark each time, spread over the day, tastefully seasoned with herbs or with fresh fruit.

8th day of travel:

Cook 100-200 g of rice, soft and grainy, with fresh fruit or unsweetened compote (applesauce or cherries, for example) and spread out in 5-6 meals throughout the day.

Making the sour milk day for the 5th day does not work with our milk. This could be replaced by plain yogurt or kefir mixed with chopped fruit or vegetables.
